Please note that the presence of the parents can distract the children and thus disrupt the class.

Make sure the children are dressed appropriately for the weather.

The Schneesportschule Malbun AG recommends that all course participants wear a helmet. Helmets are compulsory for children under 18 years of age.

As far as possible, the snow sports instructor speaks the same language as the children in his/her group.

By booking a course (group and/or private lessons) you automatically confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

Terms of Service

• The Schneesportschule Malbun AG is not liable for accidents. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

• The prices are calculated in CHF and per person.

• Lessons must be paid in advance.

• In the group courses, the teacher is not obliged to wait for people that arrive late.

• If the number of participants is small, two courses of different levels or ages can be combined.

• Photos of group and private courses taken by the management can also be used for advertising purposes. If this is rejected by the customer, he must inform the management in writing.

• The ski lift ticket is not included in our course prices. For more information, please visit the following link: www.bergbahnen.li

• Ski equipment cannot be borrowed from the Schneesportschule Malbun AG and is therefore not included in the price. For more information about ski rental, please follow this link: www.malbunsport.li

• The medal and the certificate for the ski race are included in the price. Group courses from 3 days onwards can be taken in the group ski race.

• The number of children in a ski group is regulated as follows: a minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 13 children. We have the following number regulation for snowboard groups: minimum 3 participants and maximum 10 participants.

• The EUR/CHF exchange rate is as follows: EUR 1.00 = CHF 1.00 (the rate may vary depending on the stock exchange rate and is not mandatory for the snow sports school).

Cancellation fees

​

• For cancellations (group and / or private lessons) up to 4 p.m. the day before, processing costs of CHF 10.- must be paid.

• For cancellations on the day of the booked lessons (group and / or private lessons), the full price must be paid.

• In the event of illness or accident, the payment will only be refunded in full upon presentation of a medical certificate. In such a case, our office must be informed before the course begins. If this is not reported before the start of the course (group and / or private lessons), the full price must be paid.

• In case of bad weather, an alternative program (group lessons) is offered by the snow sports school. If the lessons are not canceled, the full price of the booked hours must be paid. The Schneesportschule Malbun AG decides whether the course is canceled or an alternative program is offered. The above cancellation conditions apply to private lessons.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Vaduz. Subject to tariff changes and misprints.
